We're supposed to turn off lights at 8pm Sat Mar 29 for EARTH HOUR to increase awareness of global warming. What human came up with that?

Listen, Dennis, it’s obvious. Everyone turns off the hot electric bulbs, the earth’s temperature goes down by 2.1E-200 of a degree. Now isn’t that a great achievement?
