Well, if McCain becomes President, he'll make sure that only a few rich dogs have all the tennis balls!

Not ALL the tennis balls, the tennis balls they’ve earned through hard work.
What do you want, humans to just come over and stick tennis balls into your mouth? How about running for them? Run more than the next dog. And when you’re tired, run some more. You want tennis balls? Than earn them!
Or hope that some human leaves you millions of dollars and buy as many as you want.
Either way works.
Excuse me, Trouble, but the day that I run after a tennis ball just because some dog is, or I run more than the next dog, well, that will be the end-all. You rich dogs want all the tennis balls, you got ‘em. Wealthy dogs don’t get rich by hard work anyhow- they just scam the poor dogs.
