I see pets dressed up. Who did this? Are humans dressing up their pets in weird clothes?

So it’s probably safe to assume that a lot of animals can dress themselves without humans.
Look, Tommy, that’s plain speciesism. Hiding under the tag of “pets” are regular people like you and me, and we sure can dress ourselves, right? Right on, Hathead! Who dresses the humans in their weird clothes?
They do, but our flippers, or paws, or whatever you call them, won’t work. Well maybe a monkey, an ape, or a gorilla, but anything else won’t work. Second, where would they get the clothes?
Tommy, I know what the problem is. Those humans get their clothing at a place called “Weird Clothing For Humans Shoppe”. We get our clothing at a place called “Weird Clothing For Felines Shoppe”. Why don’t you go to the “Weird Clothing For Reptiles Shoppe”? They have the Flipper-Friendly Wear garments!
